The role
We're looking for a customer-facing Project Manager to lead implementations for our customers. You'll take a new customer from signed deal to fully up and running, guiding them through setup, keeping projects on track, and running the status meetings that keep everyone aligned. It's a people-first role with real ownership, and a clear path to growing into managing our delivery function.
What you'll do
- Own customer implementations end to end, from kickoff to go-live
- Be the main point of contact for customers during onboarding, build trust and keep things moving
- Run status meetings and keep customers and internal teams aligned on next steps
- Get technical when you need to, understand the product well enough to guide customers through setup
- Spot risks early and keep projects on schedule
